Life with the birds
I’d like to write a page about my ‘life with the birds’ as i call it. for instance, yesterday morning i saw both Hutton’s & Warbling Vireos outside my window. i’d like to share how profoundly magical this experience was, not to mention other sightings.

today I saw a crane near the edge of the lake. My neighbors have a little pond full of fish and they said it ate their biggest one… poor thing it must’ve been going hungry, cranes usually don’t come that close to my neighbors, they are scared of them
… but I don’t see how, there’s a whole lake full of fish (at least, I think full of fish…) we went on a trip to the marsh, saw mostly red-winged blackbirds. Man, I wish I lived in Oregon, you seem to have tons of more interesting birds then here. Any other sightings?
